I am passionate about Reiki!  I have a particular interest in stress reduction and life change.  Having worked hard to re-gain balance in my own life, I know how difficult it can be to achieve this on your own.  Reiki can offer deep relaxation, clarity of thought and a return to a balanced state, while I can provide positive support and simple techniques to help overcome this all too common situation.  Though, you don't have to be stressed to have a Reiki session!

While I am qualified in a number of therapies, I have chosen to specialise in teaching and sharing Reiki.  I have been teaching adults for over fifteen years now, but it is a huge joy to teach a subject that is such a big part of my life.
